If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase we will refund 100% of your purchase subject to the following conditions:
- You must request your refund in writing (email is fine) within 30 days of your purchase.
- If you are requesting a refund and you have not completed any course exams then your purchase will be refunded.
- If you are requesting a refund for an annual membership but have earned no more that one certificate of completion your purchase will be refunded only if NO CEUs have been reported to the board of nursing or CE Broker.
- If you are requesting a refund and you have already taken course(s) exam and the course(s) taken have already been reported to the state board of nursing or CE Broker, no refund will be issued.
If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend you must notify us of cancellation in writing at least 14 days prior to event for a complete refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be NONREFUNDABLE.
